This heavy duty hub puller requires the OEMTOOLS 27033 Slide Hammer or any other slide hammer threaded 5/8" x 18 in order to fully function as a puller tool. Designed to work on flange-type axles that have 4, 5, or 6 studs and a bolt circle range between 4-1/2" and 5-1/2", this wheel hub removal tool can service a wide range of vehicles. Perhaps you have a leak in the axle, or you are hearing the whining and grinding of a bad wheel bearing. In order to fix either of these issues or other steering and suspension issues, a strong axle shaft bearing puller is needed.
